Training Log: Upper Body

Lifting:

Jump Rope: 50

Pull Ups, side of beam: 8

Jump Rope: 50

Close Grip Push Ups: 8

— 5x through, no rest–

Conditioning:

Jump Rope: 100×2

— Didn’t feel like going to the gym, so back to the garage. Lack of sleep is starting to bog me down a bit.
