Lifting:

Pull Ups: BW+5x10x3 -ss- Box Jumps: 3×10

One Arm Cable Rows: 60x15x3 -ss- KB Swings: 3×15 (too light)

Push Ups: BWx20x6 (after each superset)

Conditioning:

Stationary Bike: 1.5 miles in 6:11
