Warm Up

Paused Bench Press: 265×1, 295×1

Bench Press, 60s rest: 245×10, 245×3

Pull Ups, 60s rest: BWx10x4, BWx4

DB Bench Press, 60s rest: 95x10x2

.

– I hit the saftey pins on 5 of the 10 reps on the 245×10. I was using a different bench and it must have been a touch lower than the ones I usually use. So that contributed a bit to the embarrassing number but I just really suck at higher reps.

– DB Bench strength is coming back. Good sign.
