Leg Machine Calf Raises: 3×20

Front Squats, belt: 225×5, 275×2

DB Split Squats: 75x10x3

Seated Leg Curls: 4×20

Ab Wheel: 4×12

Kirk Shrugs: 115×21

.

– Front squats felt decent… 275 is a “hold the bar” thing, not a strength thing but the gap is closing for sure. Next week I will get three.
