Paused Close Grip Bench Press, 3min rest: 205x5x2

Sling Shot Bench Press, 3min rest: 295x3x3

DB Bench Press, 3min rest: 100×12, 95×10

EZ Bar Skulls: 70×10, 70×8 -ss- DB Spider Curls: 20x15x2

Cable Ext: 1×45

– Solid.

– Bench Press was supposed to be 2×5, but it was easy so I just did 8 the second set which still wasn’t a grind.

– Getting used to the Sling Shot.
